WH Question COMPANION SET for Speech and Language Baseball

Description

This companion set includes both baseball plays AND WH questions to be used with this Speech and Language Baseball Game, which is open-ended and perfect for any targets (speech/language or otherwise).

This is the WH QUESTIONS companion.
Each of 108 cards includes two of the following questions:
-WHO
-WHAT
-WHEN
-WHERE
-WHY
-“ASK SOMEONE A ___ QUESTION”

Vocabulary within the tasks covers a range, but would be ideal for K-2 grades.

Instead of having students roll dice as in the original game, have them draw cards and make their plays!

Each card contains the play in the middle, and targets for all the WH questions color-coded and printed around the sides – just have each student draw a card, answer a question, and BATTERS UP!

THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ORIGINAL GAME TO WHICH THIS SET IS CONNECTED :

This open-ended baseball game is perfect for keeping your sports fans engaged while they target their speech and language goals. It is especially designed for mixed groups.

In this game, you will have a student complete a task (artic word, language task, etc.), then roll the dice. Use the included Plays Guide to determine what happened when the player was up to bat: Single? Strikeout? HOME RUN?

For younger students, use the baseball field to track movements around the bases.

For older students, keep score like the pros on the included score sheets.
