Description

This IRREGULAR VERBS Interactive Book is the perfect activity to teach and probe irregular past tense verb knowledge. It contains both written words and pictures, so it is perfect for younger students who are just beginning to read as well as older ones who need continued work on this skill.

Each full page starts with a sentence supported with visuals.

Then, the student is presented with four verb options: past, present progressive, future, as well as a foil.
eat…eating…are…eated

On the bottom half of the page, the student is presented with three sentences: one for each tense. They must place the correct verb form in the blank boxes to complete the sentences.
Yesterday I ___ lunch with my friends.
Right now I am ___ lunch with my friends.
Tomorrow I will ___ lunch with my friends.
There is also a box in which to place the incorrect foil word that does not fit into any of the sentences.
